STATEMENT OF SAFETY POLICY
Standard Maintenance Company, LLC must provide a safe workplace. Management cannot and will not tolerate the moral and economic hardships that result from personal injury and property damage accidents. Safety is a condition of employment.
Accidents are preventable. Good management, in combination with active employee involvement, aids in the prevention of accidents. Accident prevention is the direct responsibility of all line management and employees alike. Management considers outstanding safety performance to be the best indication of line management's ability to control all components of our costs. Management considers an employee's job safety record to be a key indicator in the evaluation of the individual's overall job performance.
